Shambu Mahadeo Sugar & Allied Industries Ltd is planning to set up a 30 klpd molasses based distillery at village Havargaon in Kallam Tehsil in Osmanabad district of Maharashtra. The manufacturing facility will be based on continuous fermentation technology and will operate for 300 days in a year. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 254.6 million.

Land required for the project is around 37 acres
