KPR Mills is planning to set up a greenfield sugar mill in Bijapur district of Karnataka with an investment of Rs. 3250 million.
The sugar mill will have a capacity of 5000 tcd and a cogeneration plant of 34 MW. The plant is likely to go operational in 12-14
months.
