CavinKare, a FMCG major which has ventured into dairy in 2009 has launched milk with high shelf life of 120 days. The technology had been sourced from Holland while packaging was developed in association with a Mumbai company. It expects to garner Rs. 650 million from this product segment. The milk will is being launched in Tamil Nadu, where it will be produced from its Bhavani facility, near Erode in Tamil Nadu.
