CMJ Breweries Pvt Ltd is planning to set up a 100 klpd grain based distillery in Lower Bailan in Byrnihat Tehsil in Ribhoi district of Meghalaya. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 1709 million. The plant will use sorghum, alpha amylase and urea as raw materials. The project also involves setting up a 3.5 MW cogeneration power plant.
