R K Cogen & Distilleries Pvt Ltd is planning to set up a sugar mill and a distillery in Madikechilur in Shimoga district of Karnataka. The project involves setting up of a 5000 tcd sugar plant, 45 klpd distillery and a captive power plant of 34 MW with an investment of Rs. 3672 million.
