Shri Dnyaneshwar Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana to expand its distillery unit at Newasa in Ahmednagar in Maharashtra. The capacity of the distillery is to be expanded from 45 KLD to 75 KLD and addition of baggase based Co-Generation Power Plant of 12 MW at the existing site. Besides the Distillery, the Unit has a 5000 TCD Sugar Plant, 10 KLD Extra Neutral Alcohol and 30 KLD Ethanol Plants at the same site. Distillery will be based on Continuous Fermentation Technology. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 150 million.
