Madhucon Sugar and Power Industries is setting up 65 kld distillery unit at Khammam

Madhucon Sugar and Power Industries is expanding its existing sugar unit capacity from 1250 tcd to 3500 tcd at village Rajeshwarapuram Mandal Nelakondapalli in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. It also plans to set up a grain based distillery with a capacity of 65 kld to produce RS/ENA/Ethanol Plant through Fermentation and Distillation using Bio-Still process and Molecular Sieve Technology. The Molasses will be sourced from companys own Sugar plant and grains will be purchased from external source. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 1570 million.
