Kopergaon Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana to expand its distillery at Gautamnagar in Kolpewadi, Tehsil Kopargaon in Ahmednagar district in Maharashtra with an investment of Rs. 150 million. The project involves setting up of distillery unit from 30 to 45KLPD with continuous fermentation technology. The Distillery is attached to sugar unit of 3000 TCD capacity and the average crushing capacity per annum is six lakh tonnes. The press mud availability is about 25,000 MT per annum.
