Sudheer Bio Products Ltd is planning to set up a 60 klpd grain based distillery in Peddavaram village in Nandigama Mandal in Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 637 million. The project also involves setting up of a 2.5 MW cogen power plant.
Tantia Agrochemicals is planning to set up a distillery in Paschim Maheshpur in Uttar Dinajpur district in West Bengal. The project involves setting up of a 90 klpd grain based distillery and a cogeneration power plant of 4 MW with an investment of Rs. 116.85 million.
Tridhara Sugars Ltd is planning to set up a molasses based distillery in Amdapur in Parbhani district of Maharashtra with an investment of Rs. 160 million. The distillery will have a capacity of 30 klpd and it also plans to set up a 27 MW cogen power plant. Land required for the project is 90 acres which has been acquired.
