NSL Sugars Ltd is planning to expand its sugar unit in Bhuvanoor in Aland Tehsil in Gulbarga district in Karnataka with an investment of Rs. 3621 million. The project involves expanding the capacity of unit from 1250 tcd to 7500 tcd and the distillery to (Rectified Spirit, ENA & Ethanol, 60 KLD) and a cogeneration power plant unit of 34 MW and a captive power plant of 3 MW.
