Damodar Foods to set up manufacturing facility in Coimbatore

Damodar Foods of Annapurna Gowrishankar Group is setting up a manufacturing facility at the outskirts of Coimbatore. The company which has launched the 'Karams' brand snacks is setting up a 15000 sq. feet plant with a capacity of 3 tonnes of savouries per day. Currently, the plans will have semi-automatic operation and later converted to fully automatic operation. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 30 million.
