McCain Foods is planning to invest USD 69 million to expand its potato processing plant in Mehesana in Gujarat. The company has signed an MoU with the state government during the recent Vibrant Gujarat Summit in 2012. The company has initiated process with contract farmers to increase potato cultivation in the nearby
