Arcoy Bio-refinery to set up Non-Molasses based distillery at Panoli in Bharuch district in Gujarat with an investment of Rs. 736.6 million. The project involves expanding non-molasses based distillery unit to manufacture 1050 MTPM of furfural Aldehyde, 1475 MTPM of ethanol, 420 MTPM of Furfural alcohol and 190 MTPM of acetic acid. About 265 TPD of lignin and 45TPD of gypsum will be generated as by-products. The raw material will be used as bagasse which will be sourced from sugar cane industry in the area.
