Chamundi Distilleries to expand its distillery at Maliyur in Narasipur Taluk in Mysore district of Karnataka with an investment of Rs. 1200 million. The project involves expanding distillery unit from 27 KLPD to 220 KLPD by setting up two distillery unit each of 110 klpd capacity to produce Rectified Spirit/ENA/Anhydrous Alcohol based on continuous fermentation process. It will also produce impure alcohol as by-product. The proposed expansion will be carried out at the existing premises unit.
