Tamil Nadu government plans sea food processing parks

Tamil Nadu Government is planning to set up sea food processing park in Ramanathapuram district and in Thiruvallur district of the state. The food processing park will be set up under public-private partnership mode. The state fisheries department has called for bids to prepare feasibility study and to identify a partner. Land required for the park is available with the state.
