Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Enterprises (ADAG) to venture into food retail by launching a retail brand ‘Movie Munchies’ much like Inox Leisure’s ‘Refuel’ and PVR Cinemas’ Candy Bar and Munch Factory’. It will partner with VKL Spices, a Marico company which will produce the food and beverage exclusively for ADAG. For bottled water, it will tie with Mulshi Springs near Mumbai. The company plans to roll out in phases across 29 multiplex properties in India and also plans to sell the same in airports and across its overseas properties in Netherland, Malaysia and USA. The brand will cover varieties of food like coffee, pizzeria, candy floss, street food like chaat, ice creams, hot and cold desserts, mocktails, fresh juices and chocolate fondue, fried finger food, salads, sandwiches etc.,
